At Milani’s Sweet Tooth, every cake is a custom work of art created with care and precision. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following policies before placing your order. By submitting a deposit, you agree to Milani's Sweet Tooth Policies.

 

 

Deposits & Payments:

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date; the remaining balance is due 5 days prior to pick up or delivery. Orders will not be started until payment is received in full. Delayed payments may result in cancellation or limited design details.

 

- Accepted payment method: Zelle.

 

 

Pick-Up & Delivery:

Pick-Up is available for all orders.

Delivery is strongly recommended for cakes with two tiers or more.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and tolls.

Local Delivery available, Extended Delivery Service is available for orders $300+.

 

 

Placing an Order

Orders may be placed through our online booking site or by email.

 

To receive an accurate quote, please provide:

• Event date, Theme or concept, Number of servings, Inspiration photos (to guide the design process)

 

 

Design & Inspiration:

Inspiration images are welcome to guide your vision, but each cake is a unique creation. At Milani's Sweet Tooth we do not commit to replicating another artist's work.  I will create a piece that reflects your inspiration while incorporating the signature Milani's Sweet Tooth touch.

Care & Responsibility:

Each order includes a care card with handling and storage instructions. Please follow carefully to ensure your cake arrives safely to your celebration & to guide you with proper care and storage to ensure freshness.

 

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Milani’s Sweet Tooth is not responsible for any damage, mishandling, or improper storage.

 

 

 Additional Policies

 

Allergies: Milani's Sweet Tooth is not an allergen-free studio. While our cakes and desserts recipes are nut free, our studio is not. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% free of allergens. Please let us know of any allergies in advance.

 

Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges or refunds.

In the rare event that we must cancel, a full refund will be issued. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future order within a designated timeframe.

 

Late Pick-Ups: Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. In the event of delays, we cannot guarantee your order will be held indefinitely. Please communicate promptly if you anticipate being late, as significant delays may affect cake quality or availability. 

 

Decorative Elements: Some cakes may include non-edible supports or decorative pieces (such as dowels, wires, or toppers). Customers are responsible for removing these before serving.

 

Photography & Marketing: We reserve the right to photograph our work and use images for marketing, promotions, and portfolio purposes.

At Milani's Sweet tooth, every creation is crafted with care and elegance. We offer shipping for Cake jars and chocolate covered treats within the U.S only. 

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping cost vary by location and package weight. To ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, we recommend overnight shipping during hot weather or 2nd day delivery. Each order is meticulously packaged to maintain freshness, elegance and quality.

Return Policy

At Milani Sweet Tooth, every creation is custom-made to reflect your vision. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. If an error occurs on our end, we will gladly make it right. Last-minute changes may incur a fee.
